Shipping and delivery methods and Cancellation Policy


At Bamco Store, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with flexible and secure shipping options. This policy outlines the shipping process, delivery times, costs, and relevant delivery notes.


First: Delivery Areas

We offer shipping to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


We use certified shipping companies to ensure fast and high-quality delivery.


Some sub-regions are not served by home delivery; therefore, customers must pick up their shipments from an Aramex branch.


International delivery is currently unavailable.


Second: Shipping Time

Within major cities (such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam): 1 to 5 business days.


Other cities and villages: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping company and customer location.


Shipping times may be affected during peak seasons or major promotions, and customers will be notified of any delays.


Official holidays and public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not included in the shipping and delivery timeframe.


Third: Shipping Fees

Basic shipping fees start from 15 and vary depending on:

Product weight

Geographic location

Promotional offers

The final shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before completing the order.


In the case of promotions: Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain threshold (e.g., 300).


Fourth: Shipment Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number via email or SMS.


The order can be tracked through the shipping company's website or the orders page on the Bamco Store website.


Fifth: Important Notes

Please ensure that the delivery address is entered accurately (neighborhood, street, building number, and mobile number).


If the customer does not receive the order or refuses it without a clear reason, the shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund.


If the product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt.


Sixth: Cancellation


The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is handed over to the shipping company:


If your order status is (Awaiting Review), you must contact customer service directly to cancel your order before it is processed.


If your order status is (Completed - Shipped - Delivered), the order cannot be canceled because it has already been handed over to the shipping company. If the order is canceled after processing and shipping, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and a return fee of 25 will be charged.
